Quick Energy Boost

 

Try this energy boosting technique called the Thymus Tap:

1. Sit in a chair with your back straight and feet on the floor.

2. Clasp the thumb and first three fingers of one hand together.

3. Locate the position of the Thymus gland at the center of the chest, just below the cusp of the collar bone.

4. Using the clasped fingers, tap on the Thymus position nine times.

5. Tap forcefully as this is a physical stimulation of the Thymus, but do not cause pain. Tap at a rate of about two per second.

6. Repeat as often as you wish during the day.
